Olga Chernova, the founder of KopenTech, is a serial entrepreneur. Ms. Chernova started her career at Goldman Sachs in 1999 and subsequently ran structured credit groups at Dillon Read and JPMorgan. She is the founder and CIO of Sancus Capital Management, where she introduced the groundbreaking market innovation called Applicable Margin Reset (AMR), which revolutionized the process of refinancing CLO liabilities. At KopenTech, she has successfully implemented her innovation through a multi-dealer online refinancing auctions. Ms. Chernova has spearheaded the development of all KopenTech products, including the innovative trading protocol known as LiveBidding.

Anna Gryb

Anna is responsible for the development and execution of the company's product strategy. Upon joining KopenTech at the company formation, Ms. Gryb established the founding software engineering, design, product development, and operations teams and successfully scaled them to over 50 contributors. Ms. Gryb manages the entire product development lifecycle along with operations of the firm. Prior to joining KopenTech, Anna consulted for senior executives and CTOs in the finance and healthcare industries. Originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, Mrs. Gryb holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics from Kharkiv National University.

Anthony serves as KopenTech's Head of Business Development and works side-by-side with investors and managers as they use KopenTech’s platform to simplify structured products. Before joining KopenTech, Anthony spent several years focusing on finTech solutions for private debt lenders and CLO managers/investors. Prior to his work in finTech, Anthony had senior roles at Guggenheim Partners, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Anthony earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Mechanical Engineering degree from UCLA, where he was also a 4-year letterman in football.

Rob is KopenTech’s Director of Distribution, responsible for growing the user base of the company’s products.
He began his banking career in Citibank’s loan syndications business before transitioning to BNP Paribas as a marketer and structurer of credit products covering hedge funds, banks and insurance companies.
Rob was part of a team that successfully launched Razorbill Advisors, a credit arbitrage hedge fund. After the sale of Razorbill, he joined Sun Life’s ‘Ryan Labs Asset Management’ in a business development capacity raising capital for their different funds. Rob received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
