Jill Scalisi
Chief Engagement Officer
Jill Scalisi is responsible for overseeing KopenTech’s platform growth and sales efforts. Jill brings over 20 years of experience implementing new financial products. At Nomura Securities, she built and managed credit sales businesses in New York and Boston. Before that, Jill was Co-Head of Credit Derivatives and CDO Product Management at Lehman Brothers. Jill began her career at Chase structuring the first synthetic CLOs and risk transfer products. In addition, Jill Scalisi has an extensive entrepreneurial background. She was the CEO and founder of Scalisi Cosmetics, where she developed two nationally distributed skincare lines. She holds a BA from Georgetown University.

Anthony Schexnayder
Head of Business Development
Anthony serves as KopenTech's Head of Business Development and works side-by-side with investors and managers as they use KopenTech’s platform to simplify structured products. Before joining KopenTech, Anthony spent several years focusing on finTech solutions for private debt lenders and CLO managers/investors. Prior to his work in finTech, Anthony had senior roles at Guggenheim Partners, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Anthony earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Mechanical Engineering degree from UCLA, where he was also a 4-year letterman in football.

Robert Shrekgast
Director of Distribution
Rob is KopenTech’s Director of Distribution, responsible for growing the user base of the company’s products. He began his banking career in Citibank’s loan syndications business before transitioning to BNP Paribas as a marketer and structurer of credit products covering hedge funds, banks and insurance companies. Rob was part of a team that successfully launched Razorbill Advisors, a credit arbitrage hedge fund. After the sale of Razorbill, he joined Sun Life’s ‘Ryan Labs Asset Management’ in a business development capacity raising capital for their different funds. Rob received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Coleen Mager
Business Development
Coleen is in Business Development at KopenTech, specializing in sales and partnerships across the suite of KopenTech products. Prior to Kopentech, Coleen worked for over two decades in sales and research in Leveraged Finance and Structured Products for Natixis, Mizuho, Lazard and Goldman Sachs. She grew up in Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University for undergraduate degree and Columbia Business School for her MBA.

Anna Gryb
Head of Product
Anna Gryb, Head of Product. Anna manages projects across KopenTech’s divisions, working closely with engineering and business development teams. Prior to joining KopenTech, Anna consulted for senior executives and Chief Technology Officers as a Software Engineer in the finance, healthcare, and leisure & hospitality sectors. Originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, Mrs. Gryb holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Kharkiv National University, both in Applied Mathematics.

Danielle Bisciotti
Director of Finance
Danielle Bisciotti joins KopenTech as Director of Finance, overseeing finance functions. For 10 years prior to joining KopenTech, Danielle was a Senior Accounting Analyst at Bloomberg LP responsible for broker-dealer reporting across various jurisdictions. She was previously Assistant Controller at Citi Alternative Investments serving multi-strategy hedge funds, private equity and event-driven funds. Prior Danielle was a Senior Associate at the RSM US LLP audit practice.

Kamilla Igibayeva
Quantitative Associate
Kamilla serves as a Quantitative Associate, working on research and development of analytical graphs for the KopenTech platform, and data analysis of primary and secondary CLO markets. Prior to joining KopenTech, Kamilla conducted research on banks' performance, risk management and corporate structure as a part of her job at Credit Spectrum. Originally from Almaty, Kazakhstan, Kamilla holds degrees of Master of Financial Engineering from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Nazarbayev University.
